Due to the exclusive nature of 1:1 Elite Coaching, Kyl only takes on a handful of athletes, competitors, and committed clients each month via an application process. This ensures a high quality of service, as well as provides personalised attention and expert guidance.
The application questionnaire gives Kyl some insight into your background, training and nutrition history, goals, and provides the necessary information for your coaching consult. This helps determine if you are the right fit for the Elite Coaching program.

Upon submitting your coaching application, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a consult with Coach Kyl. This is an opportunity to discuss your coaching application, as well as outline the plan in order to achieve your goals. This process ensures you are the right fit for the program and sets the foundation for a successful and productive coaching relationship.

After your consultation, you'll receive a coaching offer if you're deemed a strong fit for the program. Due to high demand and limited availability, coaching offers are valid for only 48 hours. If you choose to move forward, you can secure your spot by signing up through the provided links.

Once you’ve signed up for Elite Coaching, you’ll receive a comprehensive onboarding email, including login details and access to the UPC coaching app. In the app, you’ll complete the required onboarding forms, providing Kyl with all the details needed to create your personalised plans. Your plans and onboarding feedback will be delivered within 72 hours, ensuring you’re fully prepared to start on your intended date.

Once your program is live:
Follow your plan: Your training and nutrition plans will be available in the app, broken down into actionable steps
Track your progress: Use the app to log workouts, nutrition, and any feedback on how you’re feeling
Consistency is key, and check-ins are designed to keep you on track. How check-ins work:
Each week you’ll receive a reminder to submit your check-in through the app
Provide updates on: measurements, progress photos, weight, feedback on how you’re feeling (energy levels, training performance etc) and any challenges you’ve faced that week
Kyl’s feedback: After reviewing your check-in, Kyl will:
Provide highly detailed feedback and adjustments to your training or nutrition as needed
Celebrate your wins and guide you through any challenges
Turnaround time:
Check-ins are reviewed within 24 hours
You’ll receive detailed feedback directly in the app
